AudioJet 利用規約
1. 同意
本Botをサーバーに追加、またはコマンドを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. 禁止事項
- Discordのサービス利用規約への違反。
- 本Botの負荷を意図的に高める行為や、脆弱性の悪用。
- 音源ソース（YouTube等）の利用規約に著しく違反する形態での利用。
3. 免責事項
- AudioJetは「現状有姿」で提供されます。YouTubeの仕様変更等により、予告なく機能が制限される場合があります。
- 本Botの利用により発生したいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
- 寄付（/donate）は任意であり、返金には応じかねます。

1. Agreement
By adding AudioJet to your server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Violating Discord's official Terms of Service.
- Any attempt to overload the Bot or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
- Using the Bot in a manner that violates the ToS of external sources (e.g., YouTube).
3. Disclaimers
- AudioJet is provided "as is." Features may change or be restricted due to external factors (e.g., YouTube API updates).
- The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this Bot.
- Donations (/donate) are voluntary and non-refundable.
